This must really be your lucky night, another blue moon moment, as I am too lazy to cut the films that have been hanging in the bath the past few days.
From wikipedia…….Cendol /ˈtʃɛndɒl/ is a traditional dessert originating from Southeast Asia which is popular in Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar (where it is known as mont let saung), Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Not actually showing the dessert, but the shop that I try not to miss whenever we go back to my better half’s hometown……
btw, the guy is bringing another bowl for me……..
I think two blue moons is more than enough, I’ll be reverting back to black and white in the next post…….
Must be one of my blue moon moment……….. I am posting something in colour.
Well, actually I finally send my colour films to be developed after just leaving them on my computer table…… It goes back all the way to March of last year, or maybe earlier.
I know for sure this is from the Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon Fest……. last year’s.
I haven’t been checking the Klang River Graffitti wall since my office moved outside of Kuala Lumpur…….. but I think Mr Clown is now gone.
Haven’t been doing anything much lately……. really need to catch up on the developing (as usual), I have 8 rolls on the table currently that need to be processed.
Well……. found this strip of film lying under a box just now…… as I haven’t shared anything yet this year, I’ve decided to scan and check what do I have on it……… I believe I shot this way back in late 2010 or early 2011….. as it was taken along the way to a photo lab that I used before I decided to do my own film development.
It is somewhere near petaling street in Kuala Lumpur and the stall makes fresh ‘kueh kapit’ or love letters…….. btw, It really show I do take crappy shots….. and am lousy at scanning and digital photo processing.
Well, found a few boxes of slides taken way back in 1997, when I was back in my hometown recently.
It is not black and white……. but I just feel like sharing them.
It was taken during my trip down in the land of the long white cloud…… Aotearoa. Or some people called Middle Earth since the LOTR trilogy.
I rarely shoot colour films…… and if I do, it will be left on the computer table for ages before I actually send them for developing. And I did just that last week, and knowing me, after a week went to the shop to pick them up.
I only remembered what I took, after looking at the scanned print provided by the shop……. the roll was exposed around 10 months ago during the Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon Festival.
At first I didn’t want to post anything this weekend……… but after looking at it, maybe I should share my crappy shots.
Here are some of the photographs……..
